How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours, and you can order before 3 pm for same day dispatch. Standard delivery then takes 1 to 3 days across the UAE and costs AED 20.
How do I track my order?
Send us your order number through the contact form or WhatsApp and we will share an update on where your order is.
Can I return an item?
Returns are not accepted, so please check the product details before you order. If you are not sure which product suits you, message us on WhatsApp and we will help you choose.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery only. You pay in cash when your order arrives.
How do I choose a product if I am not sure?
Start from the Shop page and browse by category, or send us a message and we will help you choose. For any new product, we suggest a patch test first: apply a small amount to a small area of skin and wait before using it more widely.
